1. Service Description

Local Lead Bot provides AI-powered chatbot integration to capture and deliver leads for local home service businesses. We set up the chatbot on your website or designated platform and deliver leads via email and Google Sheets.

2. Payment

Payments for one-time chatbot setup are processed securely via Stripe. The listed price is due in full at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the chatbot setup within 7 days of delivery, contact us at localeadbot@gmail.com to request a full refund. Refunds after 7 days will not be granted.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for setup.
• Grant necessary access to your website or hosting platform for installation.
• Use the chatbot in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Local Lead Bot is a service provider and does not guarantee specific lead volumes or business results. We are not responsible for any loss or damages arising from use of the chatbot or leads generated.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
